It was forty five years ago that Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Cash's future wife (June Carter) arrived at Folsom Prison to do two shows. His "Folsom Prison Blues" was a hit with the prisoners and when the live album was released it was a hit with country and pop fans. Cash was back.
